This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating proactive maintenance work performed at the site, with the objective of minimizing total maintenance cost and effort, by maximizing maintenance work force efficiency and productivity. Principal Duties/Responsibilities: * Analyzes equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques * Ensures that ATS Reliability Process meets or exceeds RPM reliability audit objectives * Provides training and coaching in ATS Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and takes ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented * Manages the work order documentation in the CMMS to support a robust reliability and failure analysis effort (including monitoring closed work orders and providing training/coaching to the team) * Partners with appropriate suppliers and customer technical resources to document best practices in the creation of robust PM, PdM, CdM and OPM tasks * Engages customer technical resources, supply chain personnel, and key suppliers to develop and document robust spare parts lists, while striving to achieve best life cycle cost of ownership * Provides leadership in conducting or arranging for the training of maintenance tasks, techniques, technologies, and concepts for maintenance technicians and support staff Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Expert knowledge of reliability principles. * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
